All purchases made on our site with the exception of rings, are final sale. Double check the “more details” section on each product page to confirm whether or not your items is final sale.
Please note that we only accept returns; we do not process exchanges. If you ordered a ring and it doesn’t fit, you’ll need to return the ring and then repurchase it in the correct size.
There are a few return exceptions: If your bracelet or accessory breaks within a year after purchasing it, we’ll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability, no need to send it back to us. If your item is damaged upon delivery, no need to return the damaged item as well. Just contact us using the “Submit a Request” link below with your order information and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: Your return will usually be processed within 3-4 weeks. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received once the return has been processed.
