What should I do if my bracelet broke?

We have a 1 year warranty on all bracelets. You will be eligible for a replacement if your bracelet breaks within 1 year of your purchase. If your bracelet has broken, please send us your name, shipping address, order number (if available), and a picture of your damaged bracelet using the "Submit a Request" link above. We will send you a replacement. 

 

**Please note: If a bracelet is in any way altered, we will NOT replace it. We do not suggest cutting, shortening or re-burning any of the strings or edges.
