With Pura Vida Points, you’ll earn 10 points for every $1 spent (we know, pretty awesome). You can save up these points and redeem them for discounts on a future order. All customers are auto-enrolled for the loyalty program when they create a Pura Vida account—so here’s how to do it:
- Go to puravidabracelets.com.
- Click “LOGIN” in the top right corner of the page, then click “Create account.”
- Sign up with your Facebook account, or use your email address to create a password.
Simple as that! You’ll now receive points every time you make a purchase. Want to know how many points you have? Log into your account and look in the bottom left corner.
Once you click on this balance your points dashboard will appear. From here you can see your balance, how to earn points, how to redeem points, points history, and any rewards you may have.
How do I apply points on an order?
Once you’ve clicked on your points, select “Redeem.” From here, you can choose the number of points you want to redeem. You’ll then be able to select the amount of points you want to redeem. Once you’ve chosen the reward you want to use, we’ll generate a coupon code that you can copy and apply at checkout. Don’t forget: Only one code can be applied at checkout, and you must have a $10 subtotal minimum in your cart after the discount is applied. This exclusive code can be used one time only and expires in a year (so redeem your points fast!).
I accidentally redeemed a reward but didn’t check out—help!
If you redeemed a reward but didn’t use it, no big deal! You can return to your rewards dashboard and click “My Rewards” at any time. This will allow you to see any rewards you haven’t used and copy the codes when you’re ready to use them at checkout.
How do I know how many points I’ll earn?
You earn 10 points for every dollar you spend, and they’re calculated based on the same of all product points—not including credits, discounts, taxes or shipping.
Why am I not getting points for my orders?

How do I check my point balance after making a purchase?
You points balance is always displayed in the bottom left corner of the page when you’re logged into your account. You can find your rewards by clicking on this number and opening up the points dashboard.
Can I pay for my entire order in points?
Unfortunately not! All orders need a $10 minimum subtotal before you can checkout.
