First of all, we hope you had a wonderful holiday season! This time of year is always a busy one, and unfortunately, we had some technical issues with Refersion. Due to how long this took to fix (and the fact that both our warehouse and the shipping companies are still catching up on orders), we’re going to send any tier rewards earned during the November and December timeframe in the next couple of weeks. We want to get these to you ASAP, of course, but also want to make sure you receive your much-deserved rewards correctly! In the meantime, please make sure your address is correct on Refersion, since we use that as your shipping address. We hope you understand the delay, and appreciate your patience! If you have any other questions or concerns, please let us know.
