1. What should I do if I can’t login to my Pura Vida account?
First, try resetting your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" option on the Login page. We’ll email you with a link to reset your password! If you're unable to reset your password, click the "Submit a Request" link below and provide us with your name and the email address you used to create your account so we can help get you logged in!
2. Why isn’t the website recognizing my account login info?
In case you missed it, we switched to a new website in 2013 (yay us!). However, when we made the switch, old accounts weren’t carried over. If you haven’t made a new account since then, you’ll need to create another account on our new site. Once you’ve signed up again, make sure to check your email and click on the link inside to activate your account.
